Hailie Crenshaw, MS
Hailie Crenshaw serves as Assistant Director of Baldwin Youth Services and leads the organization’s Community Corrections Services. With more than a decade of experience working with youth and families, Hailie brings extensive knowledge of Alabama juvenile law and the juvenile court system to her role.
Since beginning her career in 2013, Hailie has served youth and families in a variety of capacities, including as a Juvenile Probation Officer, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Therapist, and Youth Advocate. Her experience spans both residential and non-residential settings, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges facing youth involved in the juvenile justice system and the importance of individualized, supportive services.
Hailie earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Huntingdon College and a Master’s Degree in Counseling & Psychology from The University of West Alabama. Her professional experience, combined with her commitment to youth and families, allows her to approach each individual with compassion, accountability, and a focus on positive growth.
Having spent more than a decade serving the Baldwin County community, Hailie is passionate about helping young people navigate challenges, build stronger futures, and reach their full potential. She is proud to continue serving the youth and families of Baldwin County through her work with Baldwin Youth Services and looks forward to making a lasting impact in the community for years to come.
