Hailie Crenshaw, our Assistant Director and leader of our Community Corrections Services, specializes in Alabama juvenile law and has worked with the juvenile court system since 2013 in a variety of roles including juvenile probation officer, substance abuse and mental health therapist, youth advocacy, and has provided services in residential and non-residential settings. Hailie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Huntingdon College and a Master’s Degree in Counseling & Psychology from The University of West Alabama. Hailie has over a decade of experience working with the youth and their families in the Baldwin County Community and looks forward to continuing to do so for the years to come with Baldwin Youth Services.
